Why you should invest in real estate business in densely populated area.

Most young investor look for cheap amd easy investment in the real estate sector, they usually go to invest in fallow lands and interior part of villages where properties are, well that ia good for the long term.

But if you want to see fast returns on investment, look for opportunity to invest in real estate in highly populated part of the town because;

- Prices of properties their will always appreciate and appreciate fast.

- There always a need for properties there.

- You can easily track the performance of your investment due to personal interest.

What's your thought?
I Think so densly populated area give us more profit but the fact is that if we haven't enough money to buy a populated area then we can buy a think populated area may be this area become populated in future and we will get good profit
 
The reason why you should invest on real estate in a densely populated area is that people will be able to patronize you based on so you earn your money. And in a situation whereby a person does not invest into real estate is not serious.
 
In densely populated areas you benefit. Now this advantage is such that obviously in urban areas you get all kinds of facilities. Your good job, school, college, university, hospital, bus stand, railway station. Even you have no problem. Then in that densely populated area you get good profite to inevest.
 
Investment in densely populated areas requires a large capital which you might not have. Even though it has the advantage of fast returns I still think investment rather in sparsely populated areas is better. Sparsely populated areas are cheap and you get a very big expanse of land for relatively nothing. If you re patient and allow this area to become popular and developed the returns you would reap will be exponential.
 
A densely populated area is a niche for Real Estate. Properties are occupied faster as demand outweighs supply. The attraction of densely populated cities are such that location of industries drive jobs of which brings in population that demands for properties for residential and office purpose.
 
if you're asking us to invest in real estate in a densely populated area you must understand that this set of location always come with high price tag on a piece of land,I think it is better for you to invest in an area of land that is not so much populated because this is where you get cheap land s to buy if you do not have enough money to buy in a densely populated place.
 
Investing in a densely populated area is good but I'll suggest you really take a step back and have a real estate just outside the densely populated area. You might get the property at a cheaper price and in very few years the value will drastically increase

However I have a few points to add to yours above... you should invest in real estate in densely populated area due to the fact that a lot of people will be open to know about your business and thereby creating an opportunity for everyone there, it will also serve as a source of employment to some people.

Investing in a densely populated area has a huge advantage due to the high demands that will be placed on it. Thereby this will Jack up the price and bring about a huge profit as the demands will be high. It is more advantageous to invest in a densely populated and allow the forces or demand and supply to come into force.
 
Densely populated areas might not be readily available to most people to invest because of the high demand and price hike but owning property in low density areas are relatively cheap and yield good returns in years to come if you are looking to invest for long term
 
People like new things and when they see something new coming up, they would want to purchase it, and there is already infrastructure so you can easily sell out fast. But starting up in a vast land, there may be no infrastructure, even when you complete it, no one would want to live in a lonely place, should in case something happen, they won't have anyone to reach out to, so security wise, it's not advisable.
 
Populated areas are actually not in progress so they have lot of needs for daily Life so any business started in populated areas have more chances to promote also labour is easily available for small salories.
 
Many people invested in densely populated area because of lack of fund and many believe that property appreciate yearly by yearly and the place that yet to develop believe that will soon be developed.
 
Hmm...you have a point! Most people leaving in this populated areas are always looking for new places to stay and most rent in populated areas are always on the high side. Which is a good opportunity to earn big.
 
Investing in real estate in a populated area is a very lucrative venture. real estate business is one of the most lucrative businesses one can venture into especially in the Urban areas where there are a lot of people. One problem with this investment venture is that it is expensive especially in the Urban areas.
 
In your analysis, you are completely correct. I assume that most new property buyers are drawn to rural areas by the fact that in urban settlements they can get cheaper properties there and can not afford them more expensive. However, within a certain time frame, they can see that they do better than their peers who have invested in cities and achieve better and quicker returns on their investments.
 
Everyone would want to invest in a densely populated environment, because you are sure to make more profit on the long run and the price of the asset or the value of your assets will appreciate over time. but the issue is that acquiring land in a densely populated area is not cheap to come by except you have bought the land from years ago.
 
When a particular location is densely populated it only goes to give one meaning. There are lots of people who wants to have somewhere to rest their head. Automatically there is high demand for shelter or a house and that creates a big business opportunity.
 
I think we select a popular area because we know that the rate of that area is made every day.People invest more in such areas, so the prices go up, so people want to select an area that has a higher chance of development.
