Yes exactly. The pricing of anything that there is will work in the same regard and will follow the supply and demand curve because it all depends on the facilities that the places have to offer. Therefore in order for the governments to be able to increase property value then need to develop the area for convenience and this will cause properties to rise as well.
I agree with you. If other areas where evenly developed, those densely populated areas would have reduced demands.
And with reduced demands come lower prices because of more competitive prices. It's only by developing rural areas to urban levels, that price would reduce.

I think the the development of the rural areas to urban areas will great when it comes to property value, because whilst there may be more supply for the demand at the same time the area has also increased in its aesthetic in this case and as a result there will be a much more receptive feel to th area, and people will be more likely to want to invest in such as area.
 
In densly populated areas there are more chances for the investors ro make profit out of it.where there is more population there is also more. Demand of living facilities andd these are also utilized in bulk.but to buy property there after a time when it really gets populated then properties becomes quite expensive overthere.

Does this highly populated and densely populated area include townships or strictly the suburban areas? Because if it's townships, I believe it's not an advice for the young people you're talking about seeing they have meager capital for highbrow areas.

In highly populated areax real estate business is very profitable and lucrative because.
The worth of property increase rapidly in highly populated area as it contains all the facilities of life, so people prefer to live in that place where all facilities are easily available.
 
Population does influence real estate. It would be far easier to get customers for your house in a densely populated area because there is a rush to find suitable housing. Most people would take any house or apartment they can afford. In densely populated areas demand for housing can be bigger than supply, you can raise the price of rent without worry.
 
I agree completely. I think one should always look to invest in real estate in areas that are already developed and civilised, that is what the richest real estate brokers and investors do. Value of the property will always appreciate.
 
You made a point out of your article. If you want to make real profits on a real estate business without delay time, you have to be doing the business at unban area. Rural area land may cheap to buy but it's won't profitable or it may take a long y before you can get a good profits, but in unban area , the land may cost but you will get a double money from it.

What you said is very correct, investing in a populated area increases the chances of your land or investment appreciating rapidly, I have a friend who bought a land in a rural area, and just under 8 months the price of the land was almost triple in price, until date he haven't sold the land as he is still holding unto it, with the hope that 2 or 3 years from now the price must have tripled massively.

You also gain from the higher rent charged in those areas. However, buying lands in those areas is very costly because of demand for those areas.
 
it's not the case that you can't invest in non densely populated area but by investing in densely populated area you have better chance of making more profit because demand is usually more than supply and you have the chance of giving out the property the amount you will be comfortable with

The truth is that, if you have lots of cash to spare, investing in lands and houses in commercial areas will yield much more returns than doing it in places where there is no development. Just take a look at how most cities are built with high cost of living and you will understand that that's the right way to go when buying houses.
 
The best area for realtors has always been the densely populated or urban areas where you have a large number of working population.
