I agree with you. If other areas where evenly developed, those densely populated areas would have reduced demands.Yes exactly. The pricing of anything that there is will work in the same regard and will follow the supply and demand curve because it all depends on the facilities that the places have to offer. Therefore in order for the governments to be able to increase property value then need to develop the area for convenience and this will cause properties to rise as well.
And with reduced demands come lower prices because of more competitive prices. It's only by developing rural areas to urban levels, that price would reduce.
