You said it all, we know the benefits of businesses gaining online presence. If the business grown to an extent it will be wise to employ one that is accustomed to social media customer service provider. To solve any customer related issues that needs urgent attentions.
It is one of the things that stopped a company that i know of when the company wanted to expand their horizon to their online customers without putting into consideration the necessary things that are needed for this implementation.
That's an issue with some companies, they don't have other plans for the future. Just operating with one plan and not knowing that, as time goes on, and the business is growing they need to expand their coverage to get more popularity to make more sales during this covid19 era.
Yeah but sometimes most companies have future plans but just don't know how to go about it. For a company to decide to go online means that it has future expansion plans but I think the problem is that most companies do not plan for what should be expected
Yeah, i agree with your thoughts. Most companies don't plan what is expected. Not all future plan yields adequate results. Some doesn't plan effectively, look up and think the other way round, if the future go offside, how can they keep moving. Just like some businesses are surviving covid19, it happened base on their deep and incisive planning. Such planning is what some companies failed to do, which resulted in their early downfall.
That is why I really believe that ever firm no matter how small or big need a research and development team and department. Not every enterpreneur can plan adequately and forsee what's coming and still face daily activities.
You're right, not every entrepreneur can do just that. Some try their best to plan, but their plan didn't match the future demand, based on natural disaster, like the covid19 pandemic. Had it been the future is not marred with natural disaster some that was halted wouldn't have been that way. They would have been hyper profitable by now.
You are on track. The covid 19 pandemic really affected a lot of things and some things and people are yet to recover what has been lost to the pandemic while some have been able to scale to the pandemic with ease.
Some find it so difficult to scale through covid19 pandemic, while others did scale through. Those who scaled through, had many alternatives, that's why they continued operating digitally than the ones who got limited options, and failed due to the pandemic affecting them badly.
I wouldn't really say that those that scaled through the pandemic had many alternative, some of them may have had alternatives, yeah but some of them had to adjust to the changing times so as to be in business.
You're also right. The pandemic might be the reason why they wen online. That is their plan B, when we are making plans for the future. We should always bear in mind to plan for other ways to succeed and not over dependent on one strategy.
