The truth is that many of them cannot be trusted but if you have a family relation who is a real estate agent then there will be some level of trust there. when we bought a land some time ago it was our neighbour who was a real estate agent that helped us.
Ok apart from using a real estate agent , what do you have to say concerning using a real estate organisation ? There are some organisation like that here that deals with buying and selling of properties and so on.

It is bad that people can actually do anything just to make money. I think those that were scammed actually took the case to the appropriate authorities and the perpetrators thoroughly dealt with.
It's nice that they have been made to face the full wrath of the law, things are very difficult in the country and people who are struggling to raise money to buy their own personal property should be allowed to enjoy it. We don't needs them. Their organisation should also be closed down.
