Binance, coinbase are simply cheap and the best for crypto investments. But i prefer binance more than i do with Coinbase. All options of binance is open to me, than in coinbase.
A lot of platforms are out there engaging in cryptocurrency dealing and exchanges. Depending on the type available in your jurisdiction, I would want to suggest you use binance.

I personally use binance and I think it is one of the best and the cheapest. But it's mostly dependent on the coin you're transferring. Coins like ltc is very cheap to do transactions.
I do not know which crypto exchange is cheap, I use coinbase exchange. Normally I do not do a lot of exchanges, I store the same currency that I receive on my wallet.
I can advise that you should use coinbase wallets is very good in times of transaction, and the fees is very cheap you can try it.

I know that binance is also a good cryptocurrency exchanges and I think that is the one you should be using because there is no high transaction fee there,all other cryptocurrency exchanges I know are not trusted therefore I'm telling you the most trusted one which is the binance.
Coinbase may be the best choice; however, sometimes fees are still huge; you should live with them because there isn't any way to send without fees.
You can actually set your own fees for ethereum in Trust wallet , I usually set it low but it takes more time for the transaction to get confirmed.

I have also been using luno wallet to exchange my crypto currency coin for an very long-time now and i can say categorically that its one of the best crypto currency exchanger out there .
If you are moving crypto currency like Bitcoin and ETH, it is best you just use an exchange wallet directly. Cause the transaction fees are extremely high. This is the reason i stopped using trust wallet and started using luno and roqqu. Cant it would cause me to move the coins from trust wallet to an exchange plathform.
Binance is the cheapest cryptocurrency exchanger and you can use it for exchange of your cryptocurrency from one coin to another, it is fast and secure and you can also use it for storage of your cryptocurrency.

Yes you but it has some rules tho, you can only make withdrawals as from monday to friday, during working time, and you cannot not make withdrawals of less than fifty thousand naira to your bank account. You can only withdraw directly to your bank account fifty thousand and above. Id you want to make withdrawals of less than fifty, you will have to use the wallet system. And the best is raven wallet. Raven wallet is a wallet under rema bank, once you open a raven wallet, you have automatically gotten an account with rema bank. So with that you can make withdrawals to your raven wallet, that is what i do. I make my withdrawals to my raven wallet

You can find a good exchanger at binance. You can see them asking P2P section of the app. But I will advise you to be very careful and do your due diligence before you transact with anybody.
First thing first, there is no exchanger that is without fee. And all the exchangers have the swap features where you can swap on cryptocurrency for another before you can choose to send out with a cheaper cryptocurrency
