Where’s the worst-smelling place you have ever been?

I'm very afraid of going to a place that stinks because I'll have a gag reflex, but I've been able to hold it back when I've been there. For me, such a place was the local garbage plant, and there was the worst smell that I have ever felt and I don't know if I will ever feel it anywhere else.

Yeah garbage dump sites are pretty bad but I've worked
at some water treatment facilities and they are pretty bad too.
