I only know of Corel draw and photoshop try them out
I was going to say the same . PicsArt is a great apk and it has many nice techniques and it's so easy

When it comes to graphics, Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop gives the best. As it gives the best picture quality and additional designs the suits everyone. The picture quality of Corel draw and Adobe Photoshop are the most appealing.
I've read some of that, and as I see this the Canva and Scribus. They are two of the most recommended software among my searches, apart from Corel. There are many more, but these are the ones that attract my attention the most

you can also use canva to make a very good graphics but however it depends on how well you can take time to explore and learn to use it well.
There are various good software out there but Adobe photoshops,illustrator and picsart are industry leader.

Adobe Photoshop and illustrator if you are into some professional work, there are courses and tutorials for them all around the internet, free and paid. And they are all about creativity
