I have a lots on my hand so I'm looking for an expert to manage my e-commerce store. What requirements should I look out for in the person
 
Their years of experience, how much they willing to accept as salaries and how much you can afford. How disciplined he/sfs is and their customer relation traits
 
Well, the only qualifications you should be requiring is--- past experience in managing online stores or social media marketing experience. The employee should also be conversant with the use of internet and also know how to interact with existing and prospective customers.
 
You must look out for someone that is hardworking, who pays attention to details, someone that is trustworthy and reliable, someone that is good in managing online Businesses.
The person must have a long span of experience in the job too, someone that is always profits driven, someone that can deliver in tight schedule.
 
You need to hire employees that are hardworking, loyal and ever willing to work, they should be trustworthy and reliable,he should have at least some basic knowledge on what e-commerce is and most important what the products he is selling.
 
I don't know how you can get an indication of a person's personality when you hire him online by video chat maybe. It is best if you can meet him in person to talk to him. Anyway, the first skill that you need from an applicant is the knowledge of handling the operation of your site. Next is the way he writes that should be easy to understand. Third is his temper because being the frontliner of your business he should be amiable and diplomatic. There is no room for temper in that kind of job.
 
An ecommerce store has to be managed by a product manager, website developer, customer service officer, store keeper and logistics officer. General qualities include effective communication, knowledge about various locations, effective mathematical skills amongst others.

Luckily, you can get one person who possesses all the skills above.

The best thing to do, is to check if he has do something of that before or something related to managing a website. Also check if the person is patient enough to handle reviews of customers on a product. If the person is up to the task, then you are good to work with that kind of person.
 
He should be attentive on the customers inquiries. Has a lot of patience on dealing with orders, complaints. Have a great knowledge about the product and is computer literate. Also, get someone who is trustworthy.
 
There numerous things you must consider in someone before you can accept him/her to handle your business. You do not just employ any how person, you must look for the experience of the person, the qualifications. Therefore, you have to work with the person for a while in which to be observing him/her maybe he/she capable to handle your business before you assign him/her to the post.

He should have fair knowledge about how to harness the power of pay per click campaign. This will help you to generate quick sales on the store.
 
The first thing you look out for is there personal skills,follow by their past experience, they must be hardworking and have interpersonal relationship.

To manage an e-commerce store an employee should have strong grip on basic knowledge of e-store. He should be well aware about the WordPress, shopify or whatever the tool yo are sing for your e-commerce store. A little image selection and designing knowledge will increase his worth too.
 
Major: Experience .Either paid or unpaid experience with proof or reference from previous work.
On the job test for own self confirmation.
Lastly,how free is he or she ?
If you engage someone who already has loads of stuff to do on their hands, your e-commerce may not get the desired attention it needs .
 
If its a mini store that don't really take that much time to manage, you can proceed to find a partner with more time in their hands than you ratherr than having an employee run the entire operation of your business
