What is the Difference between Real Estate and Property?

I don't really know anything when it comes to real estate but I know about property , which can be your asset such as land or a car

Real estate is a business that majorly involves properties. You can separate one from the other, the investment you make in real estate are mostly property investment. Perhaps the literal definition differs but that is all.

There is no difference between real estate and property because real estate is also a property and properties include land and buildings.

True. Exactly the picture I was trying to paint in my comment. Real estate and property can't be separated. You can even say real estate is property, especially if it is landed.

Personally I think the major difference between real estate and properties is that property includes both the movable and immovable items such as cars, houses etc. While real estate on the other hand talks about the immovable such as houses or lands

After some research, I found out that property is any tangible or intangible item that a person or a business has legal title over. While real estate is property involving land and the buildings on it along with its natural resources like trees, minerals and water. That is just my take.

I think property is a subset of real estate.
Real estate refers to all the structures you're working with, be it land or houses.
But a property could be a land or house.

I think we can view real estate just like trading. We trade property or buy and sell them to make profits. I am not sure what do you mean " real estate is different than property". However, I think you are referring to buying a property to start a business? Or buying a property with the intention to sell it in the future?

Though the two (real estate and property ) are almost the same thing , but the little difference there is that real estate are the immovable things like land and houses , while property include land , house , cars and so on
