I think you have to be specific about the online job you are referring to. Since the pandemic more people have move from offline jobs to online jobs which I think favours most of them. Imagine working remotely where you work at your own terms.

Exactly, there are different types of online businesses. Some people can operate both online and offline together. I
However the major difference between the two is that one requires your physical presence while the other does not.
