It is about a witch who only haunt you and kill you while you are dreaming, it seems that the only way to fight her is to simply not get asleep but it turns out that if you put into yourself a special syringe that suddenly gives you a great boost and wakes you up it will do the same but at the dream and then you can scare the hell out of that witch so she never returns and disturbs you. Eventually the only one who helped the main character to defeat that witch died thats the unofortunate plot twist in the movie.....
