So I ask: What are Business success tips you can share with us that we can learn from you?
From my experience, I have come to realize that no one can say to know or master everything in his or her particular business. Before you started any business, there are already so many people who are in the business, so he humble and learn all the things about the business from them.
 
If you are willing to obtain goals and aims, you as a business owner must be able to keep records. It is these records that will account to you if you are progressing or not. Record keeping is important.
 
In business you must ready and always willing to learn new skills and new techniques in engaging your customers or clients as the case may be. If you don't, you'll discover that the old ways you know how to do things have become outdated
 
From my previous experiences with business and keeping top positions with competitors are dependent upon your creativity. As a business owner you will have to be creative and initiate Wonderful ideas on how to move your business forward.
 
Always make sure to understand and watch the outflow and inflow of money within and outside the organisation ,make sure your staff have good customer services to enable you retain customers and make prospective ones have a great feeling , also spy on your competitors at intervals, make market analysis before you introduce a new product into the market, Market analysis will make you understand how the buying power and acceptance for that product would look like amongst others,
 
First of all the consistent hire determined and hard working people. Encourage your workers to do more. Test products before you begin to import them in order to sell to your consumers. Have a great customer service. Attend and listen to customer complaints and solve them.
 
In business, you need to choose the right people. You can evaluate people by their attitude. Because they are the one handling customers and customers don't need rude people. They want polite and approachable. The secret is the right people to do the job.

The truth of the matter is that most people are very afraid to leave their comfort zone and it has kept them from growing to what they are supposed to have grown to by now. I left my comfort zone at the age of 21 and I'm very happy now.

What I always tell to anyone who is in one business or another whenever they are seeking for business advice is to always know that things differ with people, so when they get the advice they need, they should go inside and see how it would best suit them and apply.
