In recent years, we have probably seen house and structures been brought but after some few years..they get collected by the government or there's a dispute between 3or more buyers of same property.
What are the real hazards that face a person buying such property.
It is not wise to buy a house with incomplete documentation.
A person who buys uncertified house may face difficulties in the future because that property might be under some illegal activities and government may suspend the documents of that place.
So proper paperwork must be done befor buying a land or any property.

So it is better that before buying any property, not just land, be sure to be clean and undefiled and complete with all legal documents to avoid future glitches.

it is absolutely disastrous to purchase a property that doesn’t have the complete documents, it may look like a good buy and you may be convinced that the documents will be handed to you in a short time, please do not fall for those stories get all your complete documents before paying so you don’t end up loosing your money.

In my country for instance depending on the location you are buying, it is important you buy a land and register it with the government before anything else . this will prevent you a lot of trouble from trouble makers and scammers.

It is not wise to buy a house that as an incomplete document because there is no evidence to show that we are the owner of the property and can't rent it out or sell. The person that even sell the house can claim the house as far as you don't have the complete papers of the house

The major problem of buying house with incomplete documents is to later discovered that you have been scammed which could further lead to you being arrest for trespassing into people's property.
 
buying of houses with incomplete house documents is a dangerous decision to take and this has negative consequences like loosing of the properties and paying of too much money to retrieve the documents.thr best thing is just to avoid buying of properties with the incomplete documents
 
I don't think that any sane person will take such a risk in this present age. You risk losing every penny you paid for that land if it goes wrong with the deal. It could be a wrong person selling or a total scam and it could come back to haunt you in future.
