What are the drawbacks in working on paid to post forums

Actually there are alot of drawbacks that alot of people do faced while working on forums, even though they don't consider it much compared to the amount of money the earned which is less to the amount of stress and time dedication they made on daily basis.

I enjoy using forums where people pay to post because it allows me to not only earn money but also learn new things. The issues are two: first, that it pays little, but I can't blame them; and second, that there are not that many posts to respond to, which is always upsetting.

Though I am satisfied but the major drawback is low earning. Many people that I invite don't even stay even though I don't take penny for them to get registered but they complain that why will they do so much work to get one dollar in a day and conversion of dollars to my fiat currency is nothing.
