I still believe that the writing niche is very lucrative for people that are thinking of becoming a freelancer especially when you have the passion for it as the competition is very high.

the writing niche is very lucrative but you must know your onions if you want to succeed. This is because the level of competition is high. Some writers are paid handsome amount of money.

Every niche is profitable, just find a skillset to learn and monetize it on freelance websites and you are good to go
This is very correct. Every skill is profitable. Once you mastered the skill and you're getting job steady, you'll make a lot of money. However, skill like web development, data analysis and some others seem to be ahead little bit.

That is the truth. Every skill is profitable and lucrative but what really matters is your level of experience and how exposed you are in the freelancer space. But there are some that are less competitive and you may have more chances in them.

As for me, finance and business is my best niche in freelancing jobs. I love to take those jobs because I trust my capabilities or capacity to deliver this job well. Thus my niche doesn't extend to food since I don't have much idea but my course in school actually deal with finance and business.

There are some skill that nobody will advice you to learn today, not because they are not profitable, but because too many people are into them. When a niche is saturated, getting a gig in that niche as a beginner will be very hard.

That is actually true to an extent. If I want to make money from a saturated skill what I need to do is to open a YouTube channel to teach a lot of people how to learn the skill. I think this is a very good strategy so many people use to stay ahead of their game in the internet space.

This is a good idea and some people are leveraging on it to make money. But if you want to work as a freelancer, you need to have a skill that's valuable and won't land you in a category of niche thats saturated.

Having a programming skill is one of the best freelance gig to showcase because it is less saturated and it is in high demand . Besides, getting involved in this type of business would allow you make decent money on freelancing platforms.

As far as I'm concerned the best niche for freelancing is always going to be something that you are very knowledgeable in because you will find it very difficult to do anything in any niche that you don't have proper knowledge to do a very good job in it.

Writing is probably the easiest niche to get into in freelancing. In recent years though, computer programmers seems to be the ones dominating the freelance space. It takes a lot of expertise, patience, skill and time to become a programmer.

While as a writer one can wade through murky waters of freelancing with little hits despite making tonnes of mistake, programming doesn't allow mistakes - only the experts are getting a look at.

The best niches for freelancing include the following : finance/personal finance, crypto currency /block chain, technology writing, digital marketing, education, real estate, etc.

I don't believe there is a best niche but I do believe there are niches that are more popular than others. For example, freelance graphics and freelance writing are two of the popular ones that I know of now that would be good to get into if you have the skills needed to complete these. Web design and also theme designs as well are also quite popular and would be good freelance niches to get into if you were looking for something.

I always say if you have the skills to offer something, go for it because someone out there somewhere will be looking for it.
