So it looks like Hollywood isn't going to be the only ones going on strike, as SAG-AFTRA members are looking to go on strike because of the use of AI in voice acting for video games. They also want a better deal going forward.

Anyway, I am all for AI not being used to replicate people or to copy them, but I don't mind AI in the sense that it can be used for certain characters in a game. As long as real actors are paid good and the AI stuff isn't put on top of the real actors. I think it would be fine in that case.

But it's not and that's why they're having the issues they're having. Not to mention there are apps that let people wear another actors face on their own TikTok account and I don't agree with that. That should be made illegal.
