The problem is the policy of Payoneer refuses using it to make deposit to Binance to buy cryptocurrencies, I know that the majority of websites check out is with debit card but we need crypto to accomplish some purchases means use only this of check out with debit card and being forbidden to top up Binance account with Payoneer with Upwork earnings is one of major drawbacks on working on this platform.
