Cook at home: Cooking at home allows you to control the ingredients and portion sizes of your meals. Plus, it can be a fun and creative way to experiment with new foods and flavors. Eat mindfully: Pay attention to your hunger and fullness cues and eat slowly. This can help prevent overeating and promote better digestion. Limit sugary drinks: Sugary drinks, like soda and juice, are high in calories and sugar. Opt for water or unsweetened beverages instead.
 
While counting calories and macros can be helpful, I find the real magic lies in developing a love for healthy foods. When you crave roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze instead of greasy takeout, you know you're on the right track!
 
Well, one thing for sure, you got to eat so many vegetables and/or special grains in order to use the bathroom regularly, unless you got a supplement and it's also good to have a lot of foods with antioxidants. Those ones help prevent cancer.

Your plate should have 20 percent fats, 30 percent protein and 50 percent carbs. You should take complex carbs instead of simple carbs
 
But it depends on what meat you give up. For example, red meat is bad for you. And white meat is Chicken meat, which is more or less safe and even healthy. Meat products such as sausages and sausages are bad for your health and you should not buy them at all. Even the choice of fruit and vegetables should be considered, because in winter and spring there is a lot of imported fruit/vegetables.
 
Fruits are indeed very great when it comes to biological systems, it has health-boosting antioxidants. I can consume them in almost all of my days.
