.Site and .Website Domain Extensions

Has anyone used them? Does anyone like them? Do you feel like they may go up in value someday like .xyz? When did you first hear of them?

I once had dot site domain, I got it for a bargain price of $1. I bought it with a hope of flipping as the domain name I registered was two word high traffic keywords, but when I could not sell it, I did not renew for the second year
