I have a bad experience with a business partner but I have never seen any of the points in your list. If only there was lack of communications or maybe a change in character then that would have been a hint that something may be wrong. My business partner was sneaky that we even had a drink or 2 once in a while - he visits me once or twice a week for our traditional chat with beer. Irresponsibility and dishonesty is the main characteristics of bad partner.
