Rural urban migration: effects on real Estate

Real estate Business has experienced a tremendous growth over the years that is partly fuelled by rural urban migration. Such movement from rural areas to urban areas paved the way for more development for the urban areas because the new people that are coming in needs accomodations and it's the job of the real estate sector to deliver accommodation for them.
This has led to most rural area dwellers selling their property like land to developers that tends to transform most of these rural areas into urban areas with rapid development.
Nowadays, it's not uncommon to see more than 5 people staying in a room together thereby congesting the room and at large the city.
Rural-urban migration has it's pros and it's cons, we just have to try and reduce it to the barest minimum.
What's your thoughts on this guys?
 
There is definitely a bad effect when an exodus happens like rural folks would flock to the city. The farms are neglected and the city is congested with rural folks who have no jobs. Some of them moved to the city to avoid the rebels or the criminals. Some thought that life in the city is easier so they go there to be beggars. Most of the rural lands are converted into industrial land like factory for cement. If only people will stay where they are then the economy would be stable.
 
Can I call it rural urban aarea migration or rural turn urban development.This development is necessary when congestion in the urban areas is unbearable, then the development in rural area is speed up.
 
As you would with residential property, if you are looking to purchase rural land you should ensure that you conduct the usual pre-contract inspections on both the home and buildings on land, including a timber pest inspection and a building inspection.
 
In fact, I have seen it a lot in my country, the large number of people who leave their houses in the countryside, leaving their comforts, to live in the urban area, without measuring the consequences of their actions. When they arrive in the capital, they live in asylum until they manage to stabilize with humble but dignified jobs and homes.

The migration of people from rural to urban areas has helped improved the economy and development of real estates in urban areas. It means, more building will have to erected as those that have migrated would needing shelter to occupy. Although, it is a disadvantage to the rural regions since they could have invested their money in their own area instead of migrating to a new city.
 
Rural and urban migration affect estate business negatively and positively. Migration from rural areas to urban areas cause inflation of cost of property in urban areas and this makes real estate owners in urban areas very rich because of the more money they make while the migration from urban to rural areas the reverse is the case.
 
Rural-Urban migration actually affect the real estate in a more positive way. This is because, more money is been generated by real estate companies and also their customer base continue to rise each year.
 
You see. Unfortunately, I must note that this is a phenomenon that also happens here in Italy, where I live. The classic "urbanization" process.
I see in it an displeasing and serious damage, especially environmental!

Well I think one of pro's of rural urban migration has great benefit to the real estate industry because the demand for accommodation and housing are ever going to be high, this is due to people seeking for greener pasture and would a home/place to live.

Yes, rural urban migration as increased real estate. There is no doubt that people migrating from rural areas will need accommodation in urban areas. But there are still some that comes from rural areas to work in urban areas without getting accommodation due to the high cost of living in urban areas.

With the advancement of technology in the world, people lifestyle is also changing.
Now most of the people are trying to live in that area where every type of facilities like Hospitals, school colleges, Universities and markets are present.
And people from rural areas are moving toward urban areas due to which real estate business is growing tremendously.
 
Not all people prefer to stay in urban areas. Air pollution, and noise alone are strong reasons why many people prefer the rural areas. Others prefer the urban areas because of the developments and available infrastructures. They also do since everything is improved and improving every moment of the day. Either ways, they both have their pros & cons like you said! Depending more on the individual's choice and options available like (cash)
 
would generally have a lower concentration of population and less diversity (you might - depending on the size - have a medical centre, dental care, educational providers, entertainment providers, food vendors, informational infrastructure,low population will have negative effect on real estate
 
Rural urban migration has its advantages and disadvantages. For real estate it means that investors will be more interested in building residential apartments and acquiring landed properties in the city. It would be more profitable than investing in the rural areas.
