Real estate or stock market investment for small capital investors.

Personally I will prefer to go for real estate business rather than stocks investment because there are alot of risk attached to stocks and estate business is a life long investment.

Real estate is what I'll go for because I've always wanted to have a house for tenants. The value of any real estate property would appreciate and you don't have to be cautious or monitoring the market value.

That is among one of the value one will get in an investmtnt into real estate,one thing about such investment is that its value does not depriciate though the initial investment is capital intensive.

I am interested in real estate too , but based on what the poster has said , the capital is what mostly determines This. Obviously you cannot invest a minute sum of money in real estate and expect to generate tangible profit

First I need to check the risk involve with then two investment before choosing and stock market has more risk than real estate investment and when you invest in real estate , its for your generation if you manage it well
