I agree with you. I will also choose cryptocurrency for trading. I can start the trading when I have $10 in binance trading platform. But with real estate investment I think you have to trade in thousands of dollars. I do not have that money yet. But when I am a very rich person i will surely go also to real estate investment.

If you are a small capital University just go for stock exchange and don't even think that you can be able to invest in real estate except you want to be an agent.

Investing your small money is like trying to gamble in order to win a bigger prize. However, some small investors are so good that they earn good money although I cannot say that the winnings can be enough to be capital of a small business. It will take time before you can win that much.

If you can afford investing in real estate then that means you have ample funds for buying a lot or maybe a house. Real estate is the best investment on my list but it is not always affordable even to middle class people here. I have my money in the bank until now that I plan to use for buying a lot.

I agree with you. That is also my answer. I am comfortable with real estate investments than with stocks for capital investors. I have experienced working in real estate company. Our company grow from making one subdivision to five subdivisions.

If you mean the real estate investment is via the mutual funds I don't think that is a good idea here. I have to admit that the mutual funds here are not that reliable and they can fall to financial problems that later on the company will go bankrupt.
