If this is a survey site or platform are they allow in west Africa country as well, because most survey platform that pay much like this always exclude west Africa from their platform.

Hello Sariana, I don't live in a top tier country, but I'm a PrizeRebel user since 2018. At least Mercosur countries are admitted. I also received various payments, but I must say I only make points from the promocodes and sometimes the HideoutTV partner, not from surveys, cause the same reason Kelly5 explains:

You have postcode, postcode is just like zipcode. Google your location's postcode you'll see it there indexed by google most important.

If the site is based on referral, no matter the earning rate, i can't join such site because i don't have that ability of sooth talking in convintion.
