With what I have read, the best way I can explain it, it is a when a company makes their stock available in the market and every trader have the right to buy them. But they say it is limited to well known investors.

How do one get to buy this type of stock cos I believe it will be a very good business for new investors.

It is just an announcement that the stock is limited so that the investors got afraid and they buy the stock immediately. The company wants to check the trend by this type of announcement to see what value the market gives to their production for generation of next stock.

A new issue refers to a stock or bond offering that is made for the first time. Most new issues come from privately held companies that become public, presenting investors with new opportunities

I think what you heard is just a rumor because once stocks are up for sale in the market the seller cannot pinpoint a buyer which means the stocks cannot be for the exclusive purchase of specific investors. If that is the case then the seller would just send a letter to the the desired buyer if they will buy the stocks they are offering before they place it in the market. But whatever it is once the stocks are put up in the stock market then anyone can buy it.

Well what he heard wasn’t wrong. Before now acquiring foreign companies stocks wasn’t made available for everyone. It was initially made for banker and other financial institutions and also high prolific investors. Recently there was an adjustment to this rule and some informations are even before you can start trading stocks

I don't think it's limited to some people, any one can decide to buy stock from different companies as long as you have adequate finance to trade. You can go search for stock & shares broker's on search engines you find many of them to start your stock & shares trading there, with many companies and lucrative businesses listed there.

The technical term for this is Initial Public offering (IPO). As at formation, every public firm has an amount called authorized capital and it sums the total amount that the firm can earn. Whenever it decides to put those capital out for public subscription, that first order is what is called IPO. It is always advertised to the general public.

To buy stocks as a new investor who is new to the world of stock Investment, I advice you get a stock Brooker who would explain things for you, the stock Brookers will also take note of your taste and choice in respect to stocks and secure one for you when it is available.

This may vary depending on the company.) With preferred shares investors are usually guaranteed a fixed dividend forever. This is different than common stock, which has variable dividends that are never guaranteed. Another advantage is that in the event of liquidation preferred shareholders are paid off before the common shareholder (but still after debt holders). Preferred stock may also be callable, meaning that the company has the option to purchase the shares from shareholders at anytime for any reason (usually for a premium).

I thought that as far that the owner intended to sell the stock and let it be on advertising that the stock is for sell, so any body willing eager to buy it can buy it, I do not know that it has a limit buyer to buy it. I learned new things from this post.

Getting stock broker will be nice too at least it will guide you step by step about stocks to look out to, with real time update. It will generally analyse the stock market and show you the statistics of all stocks, but rising and falling stocks.

After the company meets the requirements of various parties such as registration on the stock exchange, underwriters, public accountants and legal consultants, public offerings or going public are generally divided into two, among others: 1. Initial Public Offering (IPO), is an initial public offering, orders are made through the Selling Agent and the time is limited. 2. Secondary Public Offering (SPO), you can order shares to stock exchange members, unlimited time. My advice is that if you are a new investor, you should not buy initial shares, because the company's reputation is not yet known, nor is this company capable of making a profit.

A new issue describes a security – generally equity or debt – that is registered in a publicly-traded market for the first time. A common new issue is known as an Initial Public Offering (IPO), which takes place when a business or company sells securities on a stock market for the first time. Companies issue new stocks or bonds to raise capital for growth and expansion.

Stock are for everyone, this is my first time of hearing that, the company or the stock owners are there to realize there own money too, so why would they give out there stock a limited number of persons , I don't believe it's true, if this your assertion is true then they are not serious in there business I tell you.

A new issue mostly comes from there private sector which the company gives out a part of it's shares to the public most times these shares hold more value than other types of shares and they are not common.

You see this type of stock not all investors are allowed to buy it this is because, this talk the man a few numbers of people. And not all can be able to comply with the terms and condition of the stock

I don't think there is something like that In the stock market. If there is then it is completely illegal and might get you in real trouble if you try it.

To be candid with you, with my little experience in the stock market I have really not hear about this before. So far a stock is in the market, a well know Investor and newbie always have access to it

I think concerning the issue of stock that has been quoted in the exchange market,it s actually open to the public to buy and do trading, this means can just be a way to check how the stoch would fly at the initial ofer
