Music's Impact on Mood

How does music influence your mood and emotions? Do certain songs bring back specific memories for you? What's your go-to playlist for different occasions?

For me, music plays a major role in keeping my mood good. There are love songs that remind me of my gf, there are motivational songs that keep me going, there are sad songs that remind me of the things that made me strong and shaped me into a better person. There's no go-to playlist but I have different songs I listen to during specific moods.

Yes, music is one of the few things in this life that is able to change my mood in minutes, I just have to choose the genre that suits at that time to change from a sad mood to a more relaxed or happy one, it is like a type of therapy, I honestly do not know what would be of many of us if music did not exist, We would have to reinvent it!

I am someone that loves to listen to all kinds of music for all different reasons. When I am working I like to have music playing in the background and even when I am doing housework as well I love to have music playing.

I find that music helps boost my mood and also helps me to stay motivated which is always needed when I have a lot to do. KPOP and country music are the two I find I listen to a lot with some pop music in between.

In my experience, musicbis one of the very few things that has the power to alter your mood immediately. If you are sad, you can listen to party music and cam easily be in a mood to party. If you are stressed out, you can listen to calm music and you can easily soothe your nerves.
