The job is very stressful mentally. I also have people who do it and it is depriving them of enjoying their social life but I believe there is still a way they can enjoy their social life if they want it
Well, I believe the major reason most people still do jobs that they do not enjoy is because they do not have options. People that have options do not do jobs that stresses them mentally. That is the major reason it is important to have multiple streams of income.
I have also done a lot of jobs that I am not cool with because I have no other choice. This is why it is good to seek for more earning opportunities. It is not good to be focused on just one thing

Most people are doing what they don't like but they do it for money but they can also raise money from their jobs and start their own business or company.
This is why I always tell people to manage whatever job that they are doing at the moment and they can switch whenever they have enough money to start their business or when they get a new job
