Is there any low-cost email marketing tool you know/use?

I am planning to build a website and work on marketing emails to get traffic to that website, but I'm not sure how much email marketing usually costs, and I don't want to waste my money until I already have an idea.

Is there any low-cost email marketing tool you know or use that has most of the features available, or at least the basics?

Mailchimp is a free to use email marketing tool (as long as your email list is less than 2000). mailchimp offers easy to use email templates and makes it very easy to build marketing emails. You can just upload your email list and your marketing emails will be ready to be sent with a click of a button.
