I saw this site too but never earned from it. I read that it scammed people since it stopped paying after a very short time. I just remember that it was a very unstable site with changes every now and then.

I don't think the app scammed people. It sent notice to the users that it does not earn well to pay the people. I don't know how but the person who created this app is my friend on facebook.
