Real estate also work in the rural area, as far as there is work force, schools, moving out and in, in that area, real estate will work there. One of the important factor you need to check out in a rural area before thinking of a real estate there is the social amenities, road, light, the major source of of income of that community(are there numerous sources of income, as far as is not just one, like only farming) and the visitors coming in and out.

Exactly. There are some rural areas that are in close proximity to the city. Some people who are mobile and don't want the too much stress that comes with living in the city move back to such rural areas and move from there to the city for their daily business activities.

Exactly. From my analysis of what's going on in urban areas, the city is already saturated with too much population and houses all over the place. It's even making the environment too hostile and uncomfortable to live in by most people. But rural communities are calm and friendly for people who dwell in such places.

Yes definitely flourishing now, before it wasn't because most people that stay in the rural areas are either poor people or few average people, but presently the cost of staying in the city is so high that people now consider moving to the rural areas and you even find out that most rich people are living there, so for anyone considering starting a real estate business in the rural area it's a good business and will definitely be profitable.

I do not think houses in the rural areas are flourishing. This is because rural areas lack development and looks isolated from the rest of the world and no body including me typing would love to stay in such an environment. Hence, I advice anyone who is into real estate to invest in urban areas which is best and there are so many commercial activities going on the urban areas.
