A business that can't operate without its founder is a business with a deadline. Many businesses suffer after founder's death, and it is often caused by the founder being unable to let go of certain decisions and responsibilities as the business grows. Over dependency is something common in sole proprietorship.

is it possible for a business to survive after owners death?

Yes it is very possible for a business to survive after the owner died but it all depends on the person who takes over after the death of the formal owner. If the person is capable of taking care of your business then the business will last long but if the person is not capable of taking care of the business the business might crush

Yes it is very possible for business to survive and flourish even more after owners death.
If the company is a big one with a lot of shareholders there is a high probability it would survive after the CEO death. There are some owners that would have willed there property to there children before death, so the business won't perish.

It is actually very possible for a business to survive after the owner's death because most of the big corporations in existence right now are not being run by the owners and their owners have died a very long time ago so therefore it is a common thing to see a business surviving after the owner of the business has died.

As for me yes business can survive after the death of the owner because it depends on the children and moreover it depends on the family if they really have interest in the business and have the knowledge of the business likewise the children only if they don't have mind then they can also sell it sha

Yes it's very possible for a business to survive after when the owner of the business has departed. But most African man businesses crumbles immediately after the proprietor dies and the reason why is the lack of future plans for the business and mismanagement of the business itself.

As for me yes business can survive after the death of the owner because it depends on the children and moreover it depends on the family if they really have interest in the business and have the knowledge of the business likewise the children only if they don't have mind then they can also sell it because they can also make the business grow than the way the owner even run it

Some companies have a succession plan in place and ready to go so there is a minimum of fuss during the transition and the business can continue to survive and thrive afterwards without the founder. For many smaller businesses, especially partnerships and sole traders, this seismic shock could prove insurmountable

It is in reality truly workable for a business to make due after the proprietor's demise in light of the fact that the greater part of the enormous companies in presence right presently are not being controlled by the proprietors and their proprietors have passed on quite a while past so subsequently it is something typical to see a business getting by after the proprietor of the business has kicked the bucket.

Yes I think it is possible for a business to still exist and even be more successful even after the death of it owner If only it is been managed well and appropriately by the new owners or the person who inherited the business.

Yeah its possible for business to survive after the death of the owner because a business that can't continue after the death of the owner is timeline business because it show how incompetent it's.

Yes, it is possible to survive any business after the death if busines's owner but it depends upon major clients that are working in business from many years with honestly. Another way is that, if any family member has a proper knowledge of this business, he can continue work after death if busines's owner.

Yes,it is possible for a business to survive after the owner's death. If the business is a big one, there will be shareholders who will run the business. If it is not a big business, the next of kin of the owner could run the business. The survival of the business will now depend on the effort and commitment of the person who takes over the business.

It very possible for a business to survive after the owner's death. We have seen a lot of business like this that survive. Although, some may not survive. It all depends on who takes over after the death of the owner. But have seen some survive.

Yeah i agree, any business leader or owner that doesn't prepare a successor that will take over after he's gone is making a very big mistake and will yield a negative result at the end of the day.

Yes, l have seen businesses that are still in market even after the owner dies. Most at times the progress of such businesses depends mainly on the diseased family. If the family still have passion for the business and continue providing the necessary support the business needs in order to grow, such businesses still grow more and more in the market.

Yes, by a family member or a business partner taking over the management. If you have a bigger business there must be a manager that can handle the things while everything is still messy because of the death, then the owners kin will inherit the business. There's some whose passing the ownership because they know they are ill. So it's still easy for a business to survive

There are many companies that still exists since the owner has died, the only thing is that if they have a good person to handle the business/company. But there is nothing concerned a family of some people may be the company existing or not.

A business can survive after the owners death. As long as the owner made plans to transfer ownership of the business to competent hands after his death. Even if he didn't make plans, whoever takes over the business can keep it stable if he has good managerial skills.

It is very possible for a business to survive after the owner's death. If the owner had a child that he was probably training well in the business, the child can easily take up the business after the owner passes on, even if the child does not know about the business, the owner did not run the business alone so some people could have worked closely with the owner who would have seen how the owner ran the business and all the things the person did to be successful and can teach the child so that the person can take up those tips and use it as well.
