Is India Going To Ban BITCOIN Again?

I know they've their reason, but I don't support countries that ban cryptocurrency. Some may argue that cryptocurrency is been use for fraud. But its not ideal to ban outrightly cryptocurrency.
 
I believe they have reasons why they may decide to ban cryptocurrency not because of fraudulent activities ,

after all this is available in every country but yet they still accept cryptocurrency.
 
India is a country that is blessed with information technology experts. And Blockchain is related to information technology. I believe the regulations is for small time. They will accept it soon
