It's going to be very sad of India ban bitcoin. This just like what happened in my country Nigeria our government has already banned cryotocurrency.
I don't think India still has plans on placing a restriction on crypto currency cause the last I heard they where making plans to regulate crypto, I think Nigeria should also try to find ways they can regulate crypto as well.

For those of you who use bitcoin in India, this is really concerning. Although I doubt they banned it the first time because banning crypto currencies will be difficult. They may only regulate bitcoin as a medium of exchange. Nigeria did the same thing only a few weeks ago.

I do not like to hear this kind of news because it is always going to have a negative effect on the price of Bitcoin. It is very important that government know that the block chain technology is something that is inevitable from now.

I think India's ban on Bitcoin will have seriously bad effects on the Bitcoin market and Bitcoin price. This is because India is a country that consists of many cryptocurrency traders and the ban might affect them. In return, the cryptocurrency market might crash.

That's very true. The main point of concern is Nigeria, I think they should also regulate crypto. But what do you think brings about The ban of cryptocurrency in Nigeria?

Well they do have their reasons and one of them is that crypto has been a means people use in making transactions with illegal money, and they believed those who founded the end SARS riot back then did this with crypto.

India's ban on cryptocurrency will have a really huge impact on cryptocurrencies. I have noticed that whenever a country imposes some sort of restrictions on cryptocurrency trade, the price of coins fall a lot.

That's just their own personal opinion but I think cryptocurrency illegal. The ban of cryptocurrency has brought many setbacks, in my own opinion our Nigerian government does not anything that will aids in the development of our country.

This is very true , because if I could remember the Chinese ban were Bitcoin and other coins in the market fell to almost 50 percent so many people made huge loss instead of more profit in that case

You made mention of the ban bringing in so many setbacks, I would like you to please throw more light on this. What setbacks as crypto currency brought to our economy and nation?

India have made a U turn on its decision to prohibit the use of the digital currencies. Now, India crypto investors can now trade in the cryptocurrency market because the government have repented.

As from my experience, they are not banning them, they just want to regulate them and banned those who are not transparent and we can't see any history of coin/payment transfer. So don't worry about it.

I don't really know what the government of India are trying to do to its citizen which cryptocurrency but I believe that this cryptocurrency should be allowed for people that have interest to engage in it. That's all.

Indian prime minister is gradually becoming an entrance of the Bitcoin and I do not see it burning cryptocurrency anytime soon because cryptocurrency has come to stay in that country.

The Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill, 2021, which is scheduled to be tabled at the upcoming Union Budget session, aims “to create a facilitative framework for the creation of the official digital currency” and “prohibit all private cryptocurrencies in India”.

They are again planning to ban Bitcoin In India and also stop all the trading platforms going on with it of all rhe cryptocurrencies

Being an Indian , I found it really bad.

One of the thing i have come to undersatnd about what most countries are trying to do is that they want to be in full control and have the regulatory power over curency matters, reason most of them are coming up with their own digital curency.

Even though cryptocurrency has come to stay but government has some authority to decide if cryptocurrency should exist in his or her country or not. We just hope they don't just banned it

Maybe the criminal activities in their country is getting out of hand, using crypto currencies to carryout illegal transactions that would hide their identity, although recently I heard the country has remove the restriction of doing bitcoin business.

I am really surprised that a country like India would ban cryptocurrencies because i believe India is one of the countries who are trying to stay in touch with the modern times especially through online means. In my view, this is not a good decision taken by the government

Criminal activities ☺️, and also fraud that's the main reason why my country Nigeria bans the use of cryptocurrency, but I think the issues has been resolved.

Who knows? We are not government official neither do we work for the government so we can't tell for sure if there will be a ban on crypto currencies in India.
