Is fitness the biggest niche?

Health and fitness is one of the greatest niche and very lucrative , and most of the hospital and drug stores I have seen have been expanding over a Period of time .

I don't think there is any niche that is much more lucrative than health and fitness. The thing is that there are several people suffering from different kinds of sicknesses and if you can provide a solution for them, they will pay you any amount of money.

That is very true. The niche is very competitive and if you want to venture into it you need to look for micro niches under health and fitness if not you may not be able to succeed. There are some micro niches that are not saturated under the health and fitness that would give you success easily.
