Yes, the location is also taken into consideration. Our residential village has many accommodation for rent aside from the houses there are rooms only. Most of the tenants are the employees of the nearby commercial centers. They come from the remote provinces to work in our suburban town. The income of the house owner is regular.

one can invest into small room houses but it depends on the location and the area where he or she is building this house is if the houses are being built in rural areas there anyone have a lot of tenants who will rent the apartment.

Having your own real estate property is the best. Nothing can stop you from what you want. If you have an apartment that you rent out then you have the freedom to set the rental amount. That is also my dream because an apartment is a good money earner for retired people who lives on pension only.

Okay I understand that is perfectly okay,you know all this may require a good amount of money to start especially if you do not have land to build house as you need to buy it and set up everything, the money needed to set up everything will not come at once sometimes you need to work and raise this money.

It is a good investment drive,but it should be built in a prospective area,where it would be easy to get at least a monthly returns depending on the agreement with the occupants.If its close to an urban area where employees can stay and be going to from there it would be better.

I was recently checking out the business where people give out small rooms for rent. And they give them rent for AirBNB and similar other sources where you can see that such business can earn them some money on small trickles which is a good earning. And so the earning from such investment may not be much high but earns well enough.

I think investing in apartment rooms and investing in small houses differs from each other. I don't see any impact or profit in investing in one room. But investing in small house is profitable due to returns from tenant.
