This is a real estate business my friend. Real estate business is one of most lucrative business in the world. The property will be making your friend passive income for a long period of time. It does not matter if the earn is small or not. So far you friends does not work for it and it keep coming in regularly is good. You friend just few more of such property to become one of the rich people in the city.

Is a good one tho to invest in a small room business,but it depends on the location if you are in a serene area where people need an accomodations to go to their work place I think that kind of a business will earn you more money at the end tho.
