If you have money and want to invest, you have two options, you can put money in your business or use money in someone else’s businesses. Investing in your business means you create a business form scratch, investing in others’ business means you buy shares and stocks from various companies. Investing in someone else’s business is basically for lazy investor as you do not have to do anything. However, when you invest in your business, you need to work hard.

If I have my own business then I invest come what may. On contrary if I don't have any, then I can invest in another. I can invest in my business while someone else does management and welfare of the business.

If I can't invest in my own business, how will I encourage or convince other investors that we are venturing to something huge.
