The market keeps expanding by the day and this is why we keep on having different type of coins by the period, but not so many of them are so active. Looking at the legality of course they are legal, it was designed by people and they program it to make profit when it becomes saleable.
All this shitcoin are cryptocurrency with no reasonable potential,if you're investing in this type of cryptocurrency you should only invest to take a very quick profit from it and get out from the market because there is a possibility that it is just a pump-and-dump cryptocurrency.

Some could actually be scam coins tho, so you need to be careful when dealing with new coins. And most of them do not get launched after creation. I have seen alot of coins that in thr end they where never launched
most of these shitcoin i am talking about is not on binance and as a result of this you will only be able to get it on pancake swap on trust wallet and that is what I have been using to trade it ,sometimes I lose and sometimes I gain more.
He's already a trader via pancakeswap exchange, trading shit-coins and so so on. I am only engaged on trading and utilizing other options to earn from crypto investment over at binance exchanger.
