There are cases when you need to fire an employee. Let’s say he made some mistake that he doesn’t admit, but you know it’s his fault, how can you fire him so that he doesn’t damage your property or even injure you because he feels angry, because not all people openly show that they are aggressive, he can work with you years, but you will not know what is inside him and what he can do to you.

I think that you can talk to them about it. You can call them and speak to them about the conditions. This is one of the essential things you may need to do. Moreover, you should never be harsh to them. You may also need to explain the reason behind why you are dismissing them.

There is a policy in place where I agreed with the employees that this is how we should do certain things and I can't remember any of them being stupid that they decide not to act in the way that I expect them to act. So, even when it comes to firing them, following that process is very important.

If I want to dismiss any of my workers, I'll call them in my office, sit the staff down and tell him or her the business no longer needed in business. I'll give the staff his sack letter to make it official.

Well, in many cases, it is required by the employer to tell their employees beforehand every thing. This is done so that they could prepare for whatever is coming to them and I think that this is also a very good thing to do.

How early before hand are you talking about a boss is meant to tell his employee about his upcoming sack?

If I'm told I would be sacked in 2 months, the next 2 months leading to my sack will witness zero productivity from me.

I believe that the same way appointment letters are given to employees when they are hired should be the same way their sack letters should be given as well. It is the right procedure for any business to follow when it comes to hiring and terminating their work appointment with any individual.

Well, being dismissed may never seem like a courteous move to many employees. This is why they may never feel great about and I think that this is a pretty normal thing, no matter how "politely" they get dismissed.
