There could be many cases where a particular kind of stock that might be quite overvalued. This may done deliberately and this may be quite common than many people think. So, what are some of the best ways to identify if a stock has been overvalued in the stock market?

In my opinion, most stocks are over valued. Even though the value of stocks is related to the corresponding financial activities of the company, most of the time stocks' value is determined through trading activities. Stoicks that trade a lot gets higher value and in most cases they are over valed.
