How Do You Treat Your Boss

Are you friendly with your boss, does your boss treat you with humility, or is he a devil in a business suit? I have limited working experience with working on offline jobs and I never have had any boss who treated me badly. I believe if your boss does not treat well, you either need to leave the job or treat the same way the boss treats you. There is no need to give respect to someone who does not respect you.

I wouldn't want to work for psychopaths. An exception might be in the military where you have to undergo basic training and you gotta be incredibly mentally tough.

Anyway, there are legit reasons for a boss to be frustrated with a worker. If the justified frustration is too much, it's a good idea to leave.
