How do you track your earnings for tax purposes?

I am looking for a program to track my earnings going forward. I am paid through PayPal and have many people paying me for services, so there's a fair deal of transactions. I want a service where I can track each payment I get and keeps track of what I made that year so that it's all right there when tax season rolls around. In the past I've usually just waited until the new year and would go through my PayPal and calculate my total pay, the PayPal fees and so on. But that's quite tedious. I am thinking about just using Google Sheets to take care of it.

When I receive payment from banks, they will automatically deduct 8 percent tax. I do not pay income taxes as my income is under the threshold of taxable earning. I pay taxes on other things such as automobile, land, sell of assets, etc.
