How do you handle a growing business?

The simple things to do here is that if the business is growing then you should be also growing in your capabilities like employing extra employees and opening more branches.
 
Business growth usually means additional capital that may come from the profit. But if the profit is not sufficient for the growth like opening a branch store then the usual recourse is to get a bank loan. Why not sell an asset if you have something that is worth of value? This is a common problem to decide because most business owners just want to borrow money in the hope that the growing business can handle the installments.
Well, I have never had to handle any particular business before, but I believe I would handle a growing Business paying attention to details, trying to get more customers and cutting expenses

That's what I force myself to do. Although I have a lot of projects I would have like to continue , but I wouldn't want to continue or start up those projects with loans for any reason.

That's great. It is much better to utilise your own capital instead of borrowing loans. It is not a wise decision to get loans when you have enough personal finance. However, still many people opt to borrow money.

Well , they have their own reasons . probably they are hundred percent sure about the business they are establishing that even if they have to get the loan that the possibility of returning back the loan and still succeeding in the business is high. But this is a risk.

Yes, this might be their own personal reason. As they do not like to sell off their assets, they prefer taking loans and end up paying high interest rates to financial situation, which I think is pretty bad.

Yes, reinvesting in a business would make it much better and help it to grow more. Many people tend to invest in a business when they earn enough money. reinvesting brings more profits.

There are so many businesses that were really small and now the owners of those businesses are running many different branches and even big companies. It all depends on success.

Given product or services to people most especially as a new business owner is never advise because this is one of the ways that brings destruction to so many people's business. I choose to avoid this as much as possible.
