I have noticed that the surveys are generally geared towards the top tier countries and has a result if you do not have a very prominent country then the opinion of the survey does not account as much and you are generally not eligible to be a part of the group. Furthermore I have noticed that recently surveys have been came out very little and they are quite lengthy as well so it does not actually warrant the reward.

That's just it. The company may pay the right amount for the time required to fill the survey but the survey company have to cut out some for themselves and this is part of what makes the reward discouraging

Exactly and I have also noticed that on cryptocurrency sites the split is generally around a 60/40 which is quite a substantial amount that they are taking considering that you are the one putting in the effort in order to complete the survey.
