I would think that this is highly dependent on your location and the company's need for opinions from there. It may not yield much of an income if they really don't need your opinion.

Most of the international survey sites pay people with PayPal because that is one of the most recognised form of payment, if you are in Africa it will be difficult to receive money with PayPal account because of its limitation

Mosts of the survey sites I know do not pay you and sometimes their mode of payment is always paypal and the PayPal mode of payment is not accepted in some part of countries in Africa, you need to find out their mode of payment first.
