If the business is strategically located in a good environment, then it is better.

This is very true. Sometimes I wonder whether the government really have control over marketers or people in the trade. The prices of gas is increasing with each day and the government seems unable to do anything about it.

It's simply too risky. When you are dealing this all safety procedures must be followed correctly. Incase of accident it is mandatory to own a fire extinguisher and have the knowledge on how to use it
