You can still join using vpn. You can google play store and download any good vpn. Or the best option is to download tenta browser on Google Play Store and on the inbuilt vpn in the browser. I joined one airdrop like that only to find out that the coin cannot be listed. It's carlive token - I got about a 100 million of it.
