Employees after many years of work in the same company do not work as efficiently as at the beginning and they do not give all their strength to make the work easier and easier for them, so they need to be encouraged with money or something else to make it effective.

Personally, I start working because I want to make money. The money is my biggest motivation to work for another company or business. Without the money, there's no way I would interested or willing to work for another person's business. So, yes, I believe that funds is the main priority why employees work.

I think that bonuses in the form of cash prizes can definitely help many employees perform much better, as it may encourage the employees a lot. However, the criteria of receiving the cash prizes may also influence. I used to work in a place where the criteria of "achieving" the target was just insanely high, so it never motivated many employees.

It's called the "honeymoon phase" at work, right? When you're new, you're all gung-ho and super motivated. But after a while, it's easy to get into a routine and lose some of that initial drive. Incentives like bonuses or recognition can definitely help boost morale and keep people engaged.

I'm not even talking about the bonuses that are paid to employees over a period of time for doing well but the first reason why they had to take on the job. Everyone needs money to pay their bills. This to me is the biggest motivation for anyone who dropped his personal comfort to work.

Giving bonuses, increasing salaries and other things where the staff is giving monetary benefits also encourage the staff to work better. Money is a great motivation factor. However, sometimes some people are too lazy, and even if you give them money, their efficiency will never improve., and they continue to become lazy.

If the pay is good, it's usually incentive enough to do the work. If the pay is bad, people usually will slack off or do poor quality work. The more you're paid for your work, the better you will likely perform.

The fact of the matter remains that inflation is growing and there are many people who may actually like to explore opportunities that pay well. This is why when they learn that they will be compensated more, then they may work diligently for sure.
