Do all of you employees get retirement funds?

I know a lot of businesses help their employees with landing good retirement funds. With that being said, if you have employees yourself, do they each have a retirement fund you help add to? Or is it mostly your employees job to make sure they invest in their own retirement funds?

I have never worked in any organizations that offered retirement benefits. I have also never worked too long in the same organization to get access to employee benefits. In our country, only government and government agencies offer retirement benefits.
