A few years ago I joined Dimeforum.com but when I withdraw my balance, and I have tried several times to request to withdraw my balance and contact the admin but have never been paid, I see that until now the Dimeforum site is still active,

I do not think it is still active anymore. A lot of people said that.

I saw a post on forum coin by the admin of Dime forum where they said they have never scammed anyone but have stopped the website for now

That means that they have a good reputation and people will be willing to work on that platform when they come back again.

I am not aware of it because I have never joined this website so no idea if they actually scammed users or not
